Japanese Daifuku Mochi Premix 日本大福预拌粉250g
Hot Water 热水250g
Butter 牛油10g



  1. 1.Pour 250g hot water into 250g Japanese Daifuku Mochi premix following by 10g of butter.
    将250克日本大福预拌粉与10克牛油装入碗里,再将250克热水倒入碗里。
  2. 2.Add on colouring and flavouring as needed.
    根据需要添加 颜色色素 或香精。
  3. 3.Mix well then wrap in plastic bag and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
    混合均匀,然后用保鲜纸包好,置入冰箱 冷藏30分钟。
  4. 4.Divide the dough equally . (Recommended 30g of skin and 30g of filling for each mochi)
    将面团平均平分成多份(建议每粒30克的外皮 和 30克的馅料)
  5. 5.You may add some fruits as filling.
    可依据自己的喜好添加水果。
  6. 6.Roll flat dough , wrap a round filling and knead into round shaped.
    放入馅料后,揉成球状。
  7. 7.Refrigerate the mochi before serving.
    植入冰箱冷藏即可。
