Ingredients Required 所需材料 :
-  380g boiled water 热水
- 28g Shortening 白油

Method 使用方法 :
1. Prepare 390gm of boiled water (95°C-100°C). 准备390克热水(95°C-100°C).
2. Dissolve 28gm of shortening into the boiled water. Water temperature maintained at 95°C-100°C. 将28克白奶油加入热水融化。水温必须保持在95°C-100 °C 3. Add the boiled water to 1pkt (500gm) of QQ Snowy Premixed and beat well to form smooth and soft dough. 将热水(2)加入1包(500gm)QQ雪皮月饼预拌粉,慢速打30秒,然后快速打3分 钟至均匀即可。
4. Wrap the soft dough with food wrapping film and keep chilled for 1 hour. 使用食品保鲜膜将(3)包起来,冷藏1小时备用。
5. Scale 50gm each of the dough. Shape into round, flatten and wrap in a portion of favorite filling (recommended 130gm of filling). Keep the finished goods chilled to get better mouth feel. 将面团分为每份50克,搓圆按扁,包入喜欢的馅料(建议:130克的馅料) 冷藏后,即可食用。
