Recipe

Doughnut Mix  牛车轮预拌粉500g
Egg  单50g
Instant Yeast  即溶酵母5g
Margarine  菜油50g
Cold Water  冷水200g

  1. 1.Mix all ingredients until dough is well developed.
    混合所有材料搅拌至面团光滑。
  2. 2.Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
    让面团休息30分钟。
  3. 3.Use a rolling pin to roll flat the dough in order to get the air out.
    用擀面棍把面团压平以压出空气。
  4. 4.Scale the dough into 50-60g each , then use the doughnut cutter to shape the dough.
    将面团分成每份50-60克,然后用牛车轮模具压成型。
  5. 5.Final fermentation 40 minutes.
    再休息40分钟。
  6. 6.Frying time around 5 minutes at temperature of 160℃.
    油炸约5分钟,油温约160℃.
