Method 使用方法 :
1. Roll the mooncake paste into balls of 100gm each. If you prefer to include melon seeds and salted egg yolk here, you may mix some melon seeds with the paste, and wrap the salted egg yolk into the paste. Take note that total weight should keep at 100gm per ball. 将月饼馅料揉成球状,每颗100克。如果要加瓜子和咸蛋黄,可把馅料和瓜子混合搓在一起,并把咸蛋黄包在馅料中间。注意总重量要维持每颗100克。
2. Mix everything inside the packet with the oil. 把预拌粉内的所有材料 和 油混合
3. Rest the dough for 30 minutes. 把面团盖好休息30分钟。
4. Divide the dough into 50gm each, flatten and wrap in the mooncake paste. After that place the dough inside the mooncake mould and make it out. 把面团分成50克并把月饼馅料包在里面搓成球状。植入月饼模具再取出来。
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 175 degree celcius, remove from oven and egg wash the top. Then place it back into the oven for another 10 minutes or until golden brown. 以175°C烘10分钟后取出,表面涂上蛋液后再烘烤10分钟或至金黄色。
6. Place in a cool place for few days. Serve after the outer layer of the mooncake is softened. 置放在阴凉的地方几天直至表皮松软就可使用。
