Instructions 使用步骤: 1. In a mixing bowl, add the Vegetarian Cake Mix 500g , gradually pour in 350g of water while mixing at low speed for 1 minute until well combined. Increase the speed to high and continue mixing for 7 minutes until the batter is smooth and fluffy. 混合500克素食蛋糕混合料,慢慢倒入350克水,低速搅拌1分钟直至混合均匀。提高速度至高速,继续搅拌7分钟至面糊光滑蓬松。 2. Slow down the mixer to low speed and gradually add 75g of corn oil. Mix for an additional 1 minute until the oil is fully incorporated into the batter. 逐渐加入75克玉米油,再搅拌1分钟至油完全融入面糊。

3. Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake tin. Place the tin in the preheated oven or air fryer. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 将面糊倒入烤盘中。 放入预热至180-185°C的烤箱中烘烤40-45分钟,或直到插入牙签确认是否烤熟。 4. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the tin for a few minutes. Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving. 烘烤后,将蛋糕从烤箱中取出,在烤盘中冷却数分钟。将蛋糕移至铁架上完全冷却后切片享用。
