Method 步骤 :
1. Pour 2500ml of plain water and 100g of sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil. 将2500ml的清水和100克的糖倒入锅里煮滚。
2. Pour 1packet of Crystal Jelly Powder stir till dissolve. Boil for 2 more minutes. 加入白凉粉搅拌均匀。煮2分钟。
3. Remove from flame. Pour the jelly mix into moulds. Leave to cool and set. Once Harden , cut into cubes and serve with honey or caramel syrup. 熄火，倒入容器里，冷却后呈透明块状，切块，加入蜂蜜或焦糖即可享用。
Note : Texture of jelly can be changed according preference. Leave overnight in fridge for better taste. 备注：口感的软硬度可以自行调整，冷藏隔夜口感更佳美味。
