Steps 步骤:
1, Mix custard powder with water/milk 将卡士达粉与水/鲜奶混合
2, Whisk until smooth and creamy 搅拌至顺滑浓稠
Tip: Use fresh milk for richer taste

2. Custard Cream Filling 卡士达奶油馅
- Instant Custard Powder 即溶卡仕达粉 (200g)
- Water or Fresh Milk 水或鲜奶(400g)
- UHT Whipped Cream 打发的奶油 (300g)
Steps:
1. Mix custard powder with water 混合即溶卡仕达粉 和 水
2. Fold in whipped cream and chill before use 加入 打发的奶油 搅拌均匀,冷藏后使用

3. Mooncake Filling (Unbaked) 免烤月饼内馅
- Instant Custard Powder 即溶卡仕达粉 (100g)
- Cold Water 冷水 (200g)
- Baked Glutinous Rice Flour / Koh Fun 烤熟糯米粉 / 糕粉(15g)
Steps:
1. Stir all ingredients until dough forms 搅拌所有材料成团
2. Refrigerate for 3 hours 冷藏3小时候使用
