Mixing 混合材料
- Combine 250g macaron mix, 50g hot water, and 50g coloring powder.
- Mix all ingredients with a flat beater on high speed for 5 minutes.

Piping 挤出混合物
- Pipe the mixture onto a baking tray lined with a silicone mat.

- Bake at 120°C for 18-20 minutes, leaving the oven damper slightly open to release moisture.

- Let the macarons cool completely. Sandwich two shells together with your desired filling.
